Our client, a long-established contractor specialising in mechanical, electrical, and interior fit-out solutions, is seeking an experienced Interiors / Fit-Out Estimator to join their growing team based near Heathrow Airport. This is a key commercial role supporting the delivery of fast-paced, high-spec projects across the aviation and commercial sectors, with typical contract values ranging from £20k up to £700k.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for a detail‑driven Estimator who thrives in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for preparing competitive tenders, cost plans, and quotations for interior refurbishment and fit‑out works. Working closely with the pre‑construction and delivery teams, you will assess client requirements, analyse drawings and specifications, and secure best‑value pricing from suppliers and subcontractors. Accuracy, commercial awareness, and strong communication skills are essential, as many projects are undertaken within live and secure environments.
