Qualifications

• Strong operational knowledge of logistics and warehousing.
• Previous experience as a First Line Manager or Supervisor.
• Desirable to have previous automation experience.

Pay Rate: £34,500 (Shift premium from 6pm will be £1.25 per hour on top of the working shift)

WHAT YOU'LL DO?

• Lead the Team: Supervise a team of warehouse operatives
• Work alongside planning team to make sure enough colleagues in to work in the operation
• Monitor Performance: Track key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet and exceed our goals.
• Ensuring you will have regular one to ones, deal with any queries, team absences, disciplanaries, etc

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO?

• Have strong operational knowledge of logistics and warehousing
• Previous FLM/Supervisor/Management Experience
• Previous Automation Experience would be desirable
