Pay Rate: £31,847.89
Grade: RCS N
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Working any 5 from 7, 8am-4pm. There is a potential for the role to change to 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm on rotation in the future
Location: Manton Wood - Worksop

We are now looking for a Co-Pack First Line Manager to manage end-to-end co-packing operations, optimise workflow, and deliver outstanding service to our customers.

WHAT YOU\'LL DO

• Lead, manage, and support a team of colleagues within the co pack area to achieve daily operational targets
• Ensure all tasks are completed safely, adhering to site policies, SOPs, and legislative requirements
• Maintain quality standards across all co pack lines, ensuring products meet specification and customer expectations
• Monitor performance, address issues proactively, and provide regular feedback, coaching, and development
• Drive continuous improvement by reviewing KPIs and identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce waste
• Support the planning and coordination of labour to meet fluctuating production demands
• Build strong working relationships with internal teams
