Responsibilities

• Inspect, test and carry out remedial duties on Fire / Smoke Dampers.
• Clean existing systems and ensure they are in good working order.
• Install access doors.
• Perform remedial duties such as installing TEK screws and changing links and collars.
• Make recommendations for remedial work.
• Keep an accurate log of works undertaken and collate detailed technical reports.
• Meet with clients to provide project updates.
• Work in line with HSE guidelines.
• Maintain excellent levels of service.
