Job summary

Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of fire safety management within a large and diverse portfolio.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the Fire Risk Assessment process.
  • Knowledge and understanding of legislation relating to fire safety.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for fire safety compliance at corporate locations.
  • Ensure suitable fire safety strategies are maintained at all sites.
  • Manage the corporate Fire Risk Assessment Programme.
  • Monitor fire safety checks and maintain records.
  • Coordinate maintenance of fire safety equipment.
