Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Conduct fire safety risk assessments, fire door inspections and compartmentation surveys in line with the latest regulations.
• Produce clear and actionable reports that guide clients towards compliance.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders, explaining findings and recommendations with clarity and confidence.
• Stay ahead of changes in fire safety legislation and industry best practices, ensuring our advice is always the best available.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance our services and share knowledge.
• Support the business by working flexibly and responsively from the company's office or from client's sites as required.

What We're Looking For

• Degree or qualification in Fire Engineering or Fire Safety.
• Registered with the IFSM, IFE or similar competency scheme.
• Experienced within the fire industry.
• Proven experience in conducting fire risk assessments, fire door surveys and compartmentation surveys.
• Strong understanding of current fire safety regulations and legislation.
• Exceptional communication skills — the ability to engage and inform clients with ease.
• Proactive, problem‑solving mindset that helps you identify potential hazards swiftly.
• Valid driving license, as this role involves visiting various sites.
• Enthusiasm for continual learning and professional growth.
