    • Work closely with senior management to support customer requirements and project scope.
    • Coordinate with Compliance Officers to ensure installations meet certification standards.
  • Team Supervision & Resources
    • Lead, motivate, and support site-based installation teams.
    • Oversee scheduling, resourcing, and allocation of tools, vehicles, and materials.
    • Provide leadership and performance feedback to ensure operational excellence.
  • Health, Safety & Compliance
    • Uphold strict Health & Safety practices and site discipline.
    • Ensure compliance records and on-site documentation are accurate and completed on time.
    • Proactively manage risks, incidents, and non-compliances.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
    • Provide clear, professional communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Deliver accurate project updates and reports to senior management.
About You

  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety and CDM requirements.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a practical, hands-on approach.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
  • A natural leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire confidence.
  • Proficient in using digital tools and project management systems.
