Qualifications

  • Experience with conventional & addressable fire alarm systems.
  • Competent in fault-finding, remedials & small-works installations.
  • Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

  • Servicing and inspections of fire alarm and emergency lighting systems.
  • Minor installation and remedial works on fire alarm systems.
  • Fault-finding and non-critical repairs.

Skills

Experience with conventional & addressable fire alarm systems
Competent in fault-finding
Knowledge of Advanced/Kentec panels
Understanding of BS 5839 Parts 1 & 6
Full UK driving licence
Job description

What Were Looking For:
  • Experience with conventional & addressable fire alarm systems

The Role

You’ll work across a variety of client sites carrying out:

  • Servicing and inspections of fire alarm and emergency lighting systems (BS 5839 & BS 5266‑1)
  • Minor installation and remedial works adding devices, replacing panels, like‑for‑like replacement of emergency luminaires under safe isolation
  • Fault‑finding and non‑critical repairs
  • Accurate reporting and certification
