Responsibilities

• Advise on employment law issues across the employee lifecycle.
• Support regulatory compliance, including SMCR and conduct requirements.
• Provide guidance on TUPE and corporate transactions.
• Manage international employment projects and liaise with external counsel.
• Advise on compensation arrangements.
• Deliver training and support enterprise-wide initiatives.
