Finishing Manager – Housing

Salary: £200 - £230 per day

Location: Kent

Region: Kent

A highly respected Housebuilder renowned for building a good quality product throughout Kent and Southern Home Counties urgently require a Finishing Manager for one of their large (200+) housing sites in Kent.

Role and responsibilities

• Manage the sub-contractors on site on all finishing for various town houses, detached houses and flats.
• Report to The Senior Site Manager and Project Manager.

Requirements

• Experienced Finishing Manager and be used to delivering a good quality product on multi-unit sites.
• Ideally PLC/House builder experience.
• Be a good team player who can achieve good results.

This contract is an immediate start and will run until at least December 2019 with potential permanent employment if desired.
