Job Title: Finishing Foreman

Location: Castle Donington

Start: Monday 24th November

We are currently seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to join a leading contractor on a new build housing development in Castle Donington.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing and completing finishing works across plots
• Working through snagging lists to ensure all units meet required standards
• Coordinating and driving progress across all finishing trades on site
• Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times
• Reporting progress and issues to the Site Manager
• Assisting with quality control and delivering homes ready for handover

Requirements

• Experience as a Finishing Foreman on new build housing sites
• Own tools are essential
• Valid CSCS card
• SMSTS or SSSTS qualification
• First Aid certificate
• Strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple trades
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
