We are seeking to recruit for experienced CSCS carded Maintenance / Finishing staff with an all round experience to work on their new build housing development in Scartho.

This role is to start on Monday 27th October for appx 2 weeks potentially longer.

Our client is one of the leading new home developers in Lincolnshire and enjoys an enviable reputation for their quality developments in both terms of design and construction standards.

Their developments are varied distinctive and different and they are looking for finishers with a proven joinery background to be part of their already successful team.

We are seeking staff for permanent roles to undertake snagging work on completed new build properties and also to undertake routine maintenance on recently occupied new build houses. We are seeking someone with excellent joinery skills and ideally a multi skiller who is presentable and a good communicator.

Role overview

• Pre-decoration works (internally and externally).
• Final finishing to ensure all properties are completed to a very high standard.
• Third fixing.
• Customer care.
• Visit completed properties and rectify any reported defects.
• Be punctual.
• Be polite and well presented at all times.
• Stock properties Maintain to a high standard.
• General works Maintenance of site welfare facilities and part exchange properties.

Required experience

• CSCS card holder preferred but not essential
• Must hold a full valid UK driving license.
