Role Purpose: You will will lead and optimise B&Q’s financial services offering—including credit, insurance, gift cards, and payment solutions—driving commercial value while delivering great customer outcomes. You will manage key financial services partnerships, influence digital journey development, and ensure alignment with compliance and Consumer Duty standards
