An established and highly respected Independent Financial Planning firm based in Exeter is seeking an experienced Administrator to join its friendly and professional team.

This is a busy, back‑office support role providing full administrative assistance to a team of Financial Advisers. The successful applicant will be highly organised, detail‑driven and comfortable managing a high volume of work in a fast‑paced financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing full administrative and processing support to three Financial Advisers
  • Submitting new business across pensions, investments and protection products
  • Liaising with major financial providers including Aviva, Prudential, Fidelity and Scottish Widows
  • Monitoring workflow and progressing cases through to completion
  • Chasing outstanding documentation and provider requirements
  • Maintaining accurate records in line with compliance procedures
Ideally you will have
  • Previous experience within financial services administration or IFA support (highly desirable)
  • Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience using Intelligent Office (Intelliflo) would be advantageous
  • A proactive, reliable and team‑focused approach
