Financial Planner £80,000-100,000, plus benefits and bonus (and equity potential)


We are currently working with a fantastic new age, ultra-modern Financial Planning firm with a heavy focus on using technology to improve the quality of service that they provide to their clients, coupling that with a fantastic business culture that allows people to use their entrepreneurial side to constantly improve the business, and once again, the service that they are providing for clients. It really is a unique proposition and gives you the chance to be part of something different!


They have a highly attractive and rare opportunity to bring in a Financial Planner for someone more established within the industry to join as a Partner of the business with roughly 4-6 years of advising experience. Taking full advantage of this firm's high lead conversion rate coupled with a unique offering towards client service, you will be expected to grow a client book (not expected to bring any) and in turn reap the benefits from a financial and cultural standpoint.


All of the clients are provided, with huge scope to enhance revenue immediately!


Responsibilities

  1. Huge mass affluent/UHNW client base, with a client base to be handed to the advisor, via company lead and referral schemes in place that currently have over a 50% conversion rate. With no real need for independent business development. Expectation is to provide around 20 high-calibre and trusted leads per month.
  2. The client portfolio has huge opportunity to develop revenue streams for clients and the business in a fully digitised, yet simple and clear manner.
  3. This is a collaborative team with an opportunity to develop your skills, experience and earning potential with fantastic growth opportunities up within the business.
