Our client is a multi-billion dollar automotive parts manufacturer and one of the biggest in this arena in the world. The company is growing quickly through a number of large acquisitions across Europe. They are now looking to recruit a Finance Director (FD) reporting to the CFO.

Role location and travel

The position can be based in London with travel to the Frankfurt offices once a week, or based in Frankfurt with travel to London.

Qualifications and experience

You must have formal accounting qualifications, i.e., ACCA or ACMA, plus at least 10 years of experience in the commercial world. Any experience of working in the automotive sector, particularly automotive parts, would be useful though not required. Experience of working with the German business community and the ability to communicate in German and English would be a great asset.
