Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for multiple hotel entities.
  • Ensure compliance with UK GAAP, IFRS, and statutory requirements.
  • Manage month-end and year-end processes, including audits.
  • Provide commercial insights to senior leadership to drive profitability.
  • Lead and develop a small finance team.
  • Handle cash flow management, treasury, and cost control initiatives.
What We're Looking For
  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with proven experience as a Financial Controller.
  • Strong background in hospitality finance or luxury brands preferred.
