• 2-4 years' experience in a commercially focused finance position.
• Ability to self-prioritise and communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance staff.
• High level of attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Analyse actual results vs. budget and explain performance drivers.
• Build models to predict growth and evaluate projects.
• Prepare clear reports for senior management.
• Work with operational finance leaders to improve reporting and profitability.
• Gather and validate data for accuracy.
