Are you passionate about numbers, analysis, and driving business profitability? We’re looking for a Finance Analyst to join our dynamic Finance team on a fixed-term contract (maternity cover until October 2026). This role is pivotal in supporting Sales, Marketing, and overall financial performance.

What you’ll do

As a Finance Analyst, you will:

  • Partner with Sales & Marketing teams to review performance weekly, monthly, and ad hoc, focusing on Net Sales, Brand & Customer profitability, and Gross Contribution.
  • Conduct Margin Analysis and P&L reviews by Customer and Brand.
  • Prepare Daily Sales Reports, lead weekly review meetings, and assist with monthly forecasts and annual budgets.
  • Perform Variance Analysis, Promotional Analysis, and support month-end close including journals, accruals, and revenue recognition.
  • Handle ad hoc analysis, project work, and assist with audits and SOX compliance.
  • Manage Beauty Advisor commissions, retail profitability analysis, and pricing updates.
  • Support teams with PO queries, supplier setup, and Accounts Payable issues.
What we’re looking for
  • Technical Skills:
  • Advanced Excel and strong IT skills.
  • Proven analytical ability and experience with budgets & forecasts.
  • (Desirable) Retail industry experience, data manipulation, JDE knowledge, and working towards an accounting qualification.

  • Highly organised with attention to detail.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset, deadline-driven, and proactive.
