TMM are partnering exclusively with a valued client who are looking for a Financial Accounting Business Partner to play a key role in driving financial governance, delivering accurate statutory reporting and supporting effective business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring strong financial governance and controls across the organisation.
• Leading the delivery of statutory reporting in compliance with UK GAAP and FRS102.
• Providing financial insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver clear and actionable financial analysis.
• Driving continuous improvements in financial processes and reporting.

About You

• Professionally qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
• Significant experience in a financial accounting and reporting role.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and FRS102.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of Excel literacy with the ability to work confidently with complex data.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
