Qualifications

• 10+ years in Finance Transformation, FP&A or Core Accounting.
• Exposure to implementing financial software and leading a team.
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in another European language desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses of client requirements and translate needs into solution designs.
• Lead the design of financial systems and ensure alignment with accounting standards.
• Advise clients on finance operating models and streamline processes.
• Manage relationships with finance stakeholders and effectively communicate solutions.
• Oversee functional workstreams and create necessary documentation.
• Travel across Europe for design workshops and support.
