A leading public service provider in the UK is seeking an experienced Finance Process Manager for a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role involves supporting critical phases of an ERP transformation program centered around SAP S/4HANA, with responsibilities including testing cycle execution and process documentation. The ideal candidate will hold an ACCA or CIMA qualification, possess hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience, and demonstrate a strong understanding of Record to Report processes. This position offers hybrid working options with UK-wide travel requirements.

Serco is undergoing a major finance transformation as we implement SAP S/4HANA across our UK and international operations. We are seeking an experienced R2R Finance Process Manager, joining on a 6‑month fixed term contract, to support critical phases of this programme.
This is a high‑impact role ideal for senior finance professionals with significant experience in ERP transformation, SAP S/4HANA design, testing, and process implementation.
