Finance Officer

Salary: SET Grade 7 SCP 24-28 £30,024-£33,700 FTE

Actual Salary: £28,183-£31,634

Working Hours: 37 hours per week, term time only plus 4 weeks

Contract Type: Temporary with a view of permanent for the suitable candidate

Start Date: 23rd March

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Finance Officer to join our Operations team our thriving academy. Whether you’re early in your career or bringing significant experience, you’ll need to demonstrate a strong commitment to accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.

You’ll play a key role in supporting the Academy’s financial operations, ensuring robust financial processes and effective use of resources. This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the Academy.
