• Proven experience in an SME Financial Controller, Finance Manager, Senior Accountant or similar role.
• Solid forecasting, cashflow, and financial analysis skills.
• Confident handling intercompany accounting and reconciliations.

• Oversee month-end process and produce high-quality management accounts.
• Manage a small finance team and ensure robust financial controls.
• Provide meaningful financial insights for decision-making.
