Overview

Finance Manager
Location: Malvern
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Immediate start
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

The Role

As Finance Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day financial management of the business. You will oversee all accounting functions, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and provide valuable insight to support commercial and strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and reporting.
  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts.
  • Ensure statutory compliance, liaising with auditors, banks, and HMRC where required.
  • Oversee payroll, accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.
  • Deliver financial analysis and recommendations to support business growth.
  • Lead and develop a small finance team.
  • Drive efficiencies by improving processes, systems, and reporting tools.
Candidate Requirements
  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified (or QBE with significant relevant experience).
  • Strong track record in financial management within a commercial environment.
  • Excellent understanding of accounting principles, compliance, and reporting standards.
  • Analytical, detail-focused, and commercially aware.
  • Confident communicator with proven leadership skills.
  • Proficient in accounting systems and advanced Excel skills.
