Overview

RECfinancial are currently shortlisting exclusively for this well established business as it continues it's growth plans, in the search for a Finance Manager on a permanent basis. You join the business as it continues to flourish and the role has a natural career path to FD.

This role is commutable from all areas of Leicestershire / Peterborough / Grantham / Corby / Kettering. This role may well suit an experienced Finance Manager or Financial Controller who is hands on and capable of working in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • The main responsibility is to prepare financial information for the Board, producing monthly, quarterly and annual reports, including P&L, budgets, forecasts and trends. The role sits at the heart of the business and will help with key strategies and future business planning along with commercial exposure.
  • Head up a small Finance team, leading on audit, working with banks and ensuring best practice is followed at all times.
  • Drive systems improvements and cost controls across the business and its key parts; strong skills in this area are essential.
  • Be a hands-on Manager with the ability to multitask as required.
Qualifications
  • Ideally ACCA / ACA / or CIMA part or fully qualified.
  • Our client may consider candidates who are not formally qualified but can demonstrate a solid background.
