  • Partner on capital investment planning and post-implementation reviews.
  • Provide financial leadership for integration projects and ad hoc performance analysis.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a qualified and experienced Finance Manager to join our Leadership Team at The Cornwall Bakery, home of Ginsters and a key site within Samworth Brothers. This is a standalone business partner role, pivotal in driving financial performance and supporting strategic growth through a major capital investment programme.

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and 5-year planning processes for the site.
  • Drive continuous improvement through financial analysis of major site initiatives.
  • Support and challenge overhead and labour control via structured monthly reviews.
  • Partner on capital investment planning and post-implementation reviews.
  • Provide financial leadership for integration projects and ad hoc performance analysis.
