Job description

Are you an ACA or ACCA qualified finance professional with experience in a leadership role?

Reed have been engaged with one of Cambridge’s leading names to recruit a Finance Manager, a qualified accountant with proven success in leading and motivating teams, who will be responsible for controlling the accounting and financial operations of the business, which has key sites across East Anglia and the Southeast.

The Finance Manager will also spearhead operations of the finance function, generating vital reports and management of financial risk.

Tasks of the Finance Manager include, whilst managing the accounts team, but not limited to –

• Preparation of the company’s group consolidated management accounts,
• Assist the leadership team with the annual budgeting process,
• Maintain the rolling budgets and forecasts, monitor and maintain the cashflow,
• Oversee the reporting provision to the company as a whole, confirming their precision and comprehensiveness,
• Managing the group’s VAT conformity to regulations,
• Fully utilising all the company’s systems for accounting and expenses, identifying efficiency enhancements.

• Be ACA or ACCA fully qualified ( or equivalent).
