A local council in New South Wales is seeking a Finance Leader to drive financial operations at GoCo. This role involves guiding the finance team, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate should possess a tertiary qualification in finance or business and exhibit strong analytical skills along with a commitment to customer service. This full-time position offers flexible work arrangements and competitive salary packaging options.
Location: Tamworth and / or Gunnedah NSW (Flexible Work Arrangements Available)
Contract Type: Full Time 35 hours per week
Salary Range: Grade 18 ($2076.16 - $2291.69 per week 12% Superannuation)

Gunnedah Shire Council is seeking a motivated and collaborative professional to lead the GoCo Finance Team!
Our Next Finance Leader @ GoCo
Reporting to the Executive Manager you will oversee financial management reporting and budgeting for GoCo ensuring compliance accuracy and effective support for strategic and operational decisions. The role provides guidance to staff manages financial risk and maintains strong relationships with internal teams external stakeholders and funding bodies to help deliver high-quality community services.
