Finance Insurance Manager – Full Time Permanent

Location: Hinckley | Hours: 42.5 hours per week / 5 days per week

Basic Salary: £35,000 per annum | OTE £70,000 per annum

Our client is a reputable national automotive company established for over 20 years with a large UK presence. They are experiencing organic growth and are seeking a Finance Insurance Manager to join their showroom on a full‑time permanent basis, where career prospects and development are strong.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Finance and Insurance professional during the sales process, assisting customers with suitable finance options.
• Provide guidance on finance-based products and identify opportunities to enhance revenue.
• Be the point of contact for all finance-based queries and for Finance and Insurance products and services.
• Consult with multiple internal departments and maintain positive working relationships.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and partners, ensuring knowledge and regulations are adhered to.
• Drive performance by ensuring all finance-related processes comply with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) guidelines.
• Deliver world-class customer experiences in the car sales process.
• Engage with customers from diverse backgrounds and ethnic origins.
• Motivate and coach the team to drive sales and maintain high standards of customer service.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Finance Manager or Finance Insurance Manager with a track record of maximising revenue (ESSENTIAL).
• High attention to detail with a solution-focused mentality.
• Ability to mentor and coach others.
