Our Finance 3‑year Graduate Programme encompasses rotational placements, structured workshops, and unique assignments. You will develop a deep understanding of how each team contributes to the wider business and how financial insight drives performance.
As part of the scheme Harrods will fund you with a CIMA qualification through successful completion of the CGMA® Finance Leadership Programme. You will have access to dedicated study time, professional training, and guidance from experienced finance leaders who will help you build both your technical expertise and your commercial acumen.
You will need to have, or be predicted to achieve, a 2:1 degree or above in a numerate or business‑related discipline such as Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or similar - is desirable but not essential.
A genuine interest in pursuing a career in finance is essential, along with strong thinking, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
You will bring excellent organisational and interpersonal abilities, strong time management capability, and the confidence to work across multiple projects simultaneously. A willingness to learn, collaborate, and take initiative will help you thrive in this fast‑paced and rewarding environment.
