Qualifications

• Substantial post-qualification experience in banking.
• Proven experience producing bank accounts under UK IFRS.
• Hands-on leadership of month-end and year-end cycles.
• Experience managing treasury risk oversight.
• Ownership of regulatory returns to the PRA.
• Experience authoring ICAAP and ILAAP.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the production and signoff of monthly accounts.
• Set the strategy and own the month-end close.
• Lead preparation of annual statutory financial statements.
• Oversee consolidation and multi-entity accounting.
• Maintain and enhance the financial control framework.
• Ensure high-quality PRA regulatory reporting.
