Job Description

  • Oversee the accounting and finance department, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team to enhance performance and efficiency.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the professional services industry.
  • Monitor cash flow, manage risks, and recommend actions for financial stability.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive financial growth and profitability.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the finance function.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FD should have:
