Job description

Ricoh are currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner (Group IT) who will serve as the Business Partner to Group IT senior management, providing key support to the decision-making process. The role encompasses management and financial accounting, and as a member of the finance function, you will build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for the monthly reporting cycle, including variance analysis, forecast assessment, and commentary.
  2. Design and produce high-quality reports tailored to stakeholder requirements.
  3. Analyze data to create meaningful business insights, identify trends, and suggest improvements.
  4. Track corrective actions and ensure timely remediation of deviations.
  5. Participate in monthly meetings with Senior Management to discuss results and strategies.
  6. Support budgeting and long-term planning processes, attending reviews as needed.
  7. Enhance reporting capabilities using various systems and tools.
  8. Ensure compliance with local GAAP & IFRS accounting policies and assist with audits and SOX testing.
Candidate Requirements:
  • At least a bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in business administration, finance, or related fields.
  • Accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Strong financial analytical skills with the ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with business intelligence tools; familiarity with Oracle and Hyperion is desirable.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present to senior management.
  • Confidence and gravitas to liaise with senior management and provide valuable insights.
  • Ability to work under pressure accurately and efficiently.
  • Experience in developing reporting systems and understanding of the IT sector is beneficial.
  • Multi-country experience and ability to work across diverse cultural groups are advantageous.
  • Exhibits high positive behavioral indicators aligned with Ricoh Way principles.
