A leading housing and care provider is seeking a part-time Finance Business Partner in Worcester. The role focuses on management accounting and reporting with responsibilities including financial forecasting, budget preparation, and stakeholder management. We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join our Compliance Delivery Finance team in Worcester. The role sits within Affordable Housing, which encompasses both Housing and Property Services business areas. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role will focus on partnering, management accounting and reporting for fire delivery. If you are forward thinking and analytically minded, with an aptitude for stakeholder management, this could be the role for you.

The full time equivalent salary for this role (based on 35 hours per week), should you be working towards a qualification, is £37,414 per year with a policy allowance of £4,115, rising to £39,383 a year with a policy allowance of £4,332 after 12 months service and subject to satisfactory performance.
The full time equivalent salary for this role (based on 35 hours per week), should you be a fully qualified accountant, is £37,414 per year with a policy allowance of £7,856, rising to £39,383 per year with a policy allowance of £8,270 after 12 months service and subject to satisfactory performance.
