A leading energy company in Warwick seeks a Finance Business Partner to play a key role in the Strategic Infrastructure division. This position involves providing financial oversight for high-value decarbonisation projects, facilitating communication with senior executives, and improving financial management processes. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with strong stakeholder management skills, looking to make an impact in the transition to Net Zero energy.

High profile role within the newly established Strategic Infrastructure (SI) division- delivering £20bn of critical decarbonisation infrastructure over the coming decade. Joining a team of Finance Business Partners, you'll work hand in hand with Directors of National Grid's Strategic Infrastructure business who are responsible for delivering the biggest upgrade to electricity infrastructure that the National Grid has seen in decades. These projects will together enable 50 Gigawatts of offshore wind to deliver substantial decarbonisation of our energy system. This is a new business unit which presents an exciting opportunity to build innovative solutions and create new ways of working.
This role can be based out of our Warwick office, and we'd hope to see you at least two days per week but you're welcome to be in the office more often if that would work best for you. We're happy to discuss any additional flexibility in working patterns or requirements that you feel could help to make this job work for you!

£66,000 - £74,000, dependent on experience.
As well as your base salary, you will receive a bonus based on personal and company performance with on target being 15% (with a maximum of 30%) and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.
