The Role

The Finance Business Partner will sit within the FP&A team and play a key role in supporting departmental performance. The role involves building strong relationships with business leaders, providing analysis and insights, and ensuring financial reporting aligns with strategy and budgets. You will contribute to weekly trade reporting, review variances, and challenge budget holders, while also supporting the Financial Controller and Senior Business Partners on projects and business cases.

  • Delivering financial insights and analysis to aid decision-making
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to identify risks and opportunities
  • Improving the quality of internal reporting
  • Supporting business cases with financial evaluation
  • Assisting with ad hoc projects as required
About you

To be successful in this Finance Business Partner role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • A recognised accounting qualification, part or fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Proven business partnering experience in an industry setting
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills to work with large data sets
  • The ability to present financial information clearly, bringing data to life
  • Knowledge of high value, high churn assets is an advantage but not essential
