This role partners closely with senior leaders to provide financial insight, challenge decision-making, and translate strategy into robust financial plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business and functional leaders to support planning, prioritisation and commercial decisions
• Deliver clear financial insight on performance, risks and opportunities
• Support business cases, investment proposals and scenario modelling
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and periodic re-forecasting for assigned areas
• Produce management reporting with variance analysis and actionable commentary
• Support cash flow, runway planning and capital allocation decisions
• Embed strong financial discipline and governance across the business

About You

• Experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A or Commercial Finance
• Strong analytical capability with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets modelling skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• High attention to detail and strong commercial judgement
