Finance Business Partner

Up to £65,000 plus good benefits

A Finance Business Partner role working for a highly successful manufacturer, providing first class financial insight to operational colleagues, thereby driving performance. A role that will create meaningful and visible value and will give the successful candidate exposure to how the company works. An opportunity to business partner a range of non-finance colleagues with good potential for future progression.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Building strong, collaborative relationships across Operations, Supply Chain and Planning.
  • Preparing inventory and indirect cost projections for budgets and forecasts.
  • Owning month‑end activities and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Delivering insightful variance analysis with clear root‑cause understanding and corrective actions.
  • Playing an active role in management and steering group meetings.
  • Challenging and supporting leaders to drive performance and strategic alignment.
  • Contributing to monthly reporting and ensuring key messages land across the business.
  • Strengthening the control environment and identifying opportunities to reduce risk.
  • Leading ad‑hoc analysis and supporting process improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
  • A qualified accountant, ideally with experience in manufacturing (inventory experience a strong advantage).
  • Someone who thrives in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment and enjoys getting close to the business.
  • A self‑starter who can work independently as well as part of a tight‑knit finance team.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to influence and challenge constructively.
  • Advanced Excel capability, including modelling and scenario analysis.
