This is an exciting opportunity for a Finance Assistant specialising in Sales Ledger to join a supportive organisation within the Employee Welfare Sector. You’ll be an important part of a collaborative Finance Team, helping to maintain accurate financial records, support revenue processes, and contribute to smooth billing operations.
Along with a salary of £25,000–£27,000, you will also receive:

Raising sales invoices, credit notes, and issuing statements.
Ensuring accurate billing by understanding and applying client contract details.
Liaising with internal teams and account managers to support smooth workflows.
Investigating on-account payments and processing fees for specific clients.
Responding to Accounts Receivable queries and maintaining accurate system balances.
Supporting the Finance Team with credit control, audit queries, and general financial tasks.
Experience in finance processes including sales ledger management, invoicing, and revenue tracking.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships.
Ability to work to tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
Desirable knowledge of Sage 200, SAP Concur, bank reconciliation, and data/statistical reporting.
Strong organisational skills and accuracy in managing financial information.
