A recruitment agency is seeking a finance assistant to support day-to-day accounting operations in St Helens. The ideal candidate should have AAT Level 3 or equivalent, strong attention to detail, and experience in accounts. This full-time position offers a salary between £27,000 and £30,000, along with benefits such as 25 days holiday and a salary sacrifice pension scheme.
You will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day accounting operations and therefore you must be well organized, with the ability to manage your own workload and be a conscientious team player. You will also play a key role in the new system implementation scheduled early 2026, supporting to ensure a smooth transition from the current system.
