  • Prepare weekly cash forecast and movement reports.
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as requested.

Job Description
The Finance Assistant will :
  • Assist with Purchase Ledger duties, including processing invoices against orders, managing delivery notes from site, managing invoices from approval, statement reconciliations and payment runs
  • Process subcontractor invoices
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Collating data for the weekly payroll
  • Weekly cash forecast and movement reports
  • Any ad hoc duties as requested

A successful Finance Assistant should have :
  • A strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Prior experience working in finance
  • Experience using financial software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
