Join a successful construction company based in the heart of Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Finance Assistant with experience across purchase ledger, reconciliations, subcontractor processing, and wider finance support in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Monitor finance email inboxes and handle queries
  • Manage purchase ledger with 3-way invoice matching
  • Complete monthly supplier reconciliations
  • Identify and resolve invoice/payment discrepancies
  • Process subcontractor invoices and assist with CIS requirements
  • Support monthly payment runs
  • Provide general administration support and assist the wider finance team as needed
What We’re Looking For
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a finance/accounts role
  • Strong IT and Excel skills
  • Previous experience with Sage, Xero, or similar software
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Organised and detail-focused with good problem-solving skills
Desirable
  • Experience within construction or facilities management finance functions
