You will join our Commercial Finance team, reporting to the Senior Finance Manager for Network. The Network Finance team partners closely with our Network and Scheduling teams, providing insight and support on network performance, aircraft allocation, route profitability, and investment decisions. You'll be part of a small, dynamic team that plays a pivotal role in shaping where and when we fly, ensuring our network remains industry leading.
As Finance Analyst - Network, you'll help maximise route profitability by understanding the core drivers of performance and supporting key decisions on aircraft allocation and new base investments. You'll monitor and challenge route financial performance, drive collaboration between finance and network teams, and provide business partnering that ensures our decision‑makers have the right insight at the right time.
This full‑time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
