In this role, you'll play a key part in managing capital projects from start to finish, ensuring funding requests move smoothly through the approval process, tracking project spend and supporting accurate asset reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing and monitoring capital funding requests, ensuring all documentation is accurate and approvals progress on time.
  • Comparing actual spend against forecasts to help maintain financial control and highlight variances.
  • Following up on outstanding payments and supporting timely processing of financial obligations.
  • Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies by working closely with internal teams and external partners.
Requirements
  • Experience in finance, accounting, asset management or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong ability to interpret data, manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator who can work with stakeholders across various teams.
  • Familiarity with ERPing platforms, SAP experience is a bonus.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
