Overview

The Vocalink UK finance business partner team is looking for a Finance analyst to support the Vocalink Product, Strategy & Overheads teams. The ideal candidate will be eager to to progress in a finance role, perform routine finance activities such as forecasting, ad-hoc analysis and financial modelling and be confident to support a variety of senior stakeholders across Vocalink & Mastercard.

Role
  • Monthly analysis of Product & Overhead expenses from the Hyperion finance reporting system
  • Prepare variance commentaries to forecasts & budgets for stakeholder expense reviews
  • Review of Sharepoint purchase orders to confirm accruals and review balance sheet positions for prepayments
  • Monthly forecast updates into Hyperion finance reporting system
  • Legal entity Board reporting from Hyperion finance reporting systems
  • FTE reporting and updates from Work Force Planning
  • Ad-hoc analysis as required
All about you
  • You will be looking to progress in a finance role possibly supported by professional accountancy training (CIMA/ACCA etc)
  • Be a confident finance business partner, able to communicate finance commentaries and themes to non-finance stakeholders
  • Be able to pivot workload planning quickly in response to changing deadlines or priorities of the team
  • Work well in a team environment and provide support as necessary
  • Look for areas of improvement in finance processes and routines
