This full-time office-based role requires strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.   • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Process daily banking transactions and maintain accurate bank spreadsheets.
  • Complete bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Manage supplier invoices, ensuring accurate system entry and filing.
  • Prepare and execute payment runs for property owners and contractors.
  • Issue remittance advice to contractors.
  • Prepare and send owner statements with supporting bills.
  • Manage direct debits, refunds, and credit card statements.
  • Download, code, and reconcile bills across multiple accounts.
  • Process property and office orders.
  • Communicate payment cut-off dates to contractors and internal teams.
  • Support ad-hoc finance administration tasks as required.
  • Handle client queries over the telephone regarding statements.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and highly organised professional to join a fast-paced and supportive environment. Competitive salary of circa £30,000 per annum.

Full-time, office-based role, Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM.

Convenient York City Centre location.
