About the role

We have an exciting fixed-term opportunity until 31 July 2026 for a Finance Administrator to join our friendly professional services team in the Business School.

As Finance Administrator, you will support the day-to-day key financial processes across the Business School— from supporting users of the ICIS purchasing module and assist in raising purchase orders, managing expense claims, to preparing and summarising casual pay and resolving finance queries.

What you would be doing

You’ll work closely with colleagues across the Business School, using your strong numeracy, Excel skills, and problem-solving ability to provide accurate financial information and ensure our processes run smoothly.

  • Ability to work under time pressure, prioritise workload, and work both independently and as part of a team
