Final Assembly Operative - Denham | £34,000

An established precision engineering and aerospace manufacturer is looking for a Final Assembly Operative to join their Denham site. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a precision-focused environment, gaining hands‑on experience with high-quality assembly processes.

The role:

You’ll be involved in assembling components such as seat pans and survival kits, as well as conducting stage inspections and certification of assemblies. You will work from technical drawings and specifications, using hand tools and equipment to produce high‑quality sub‑assemblies. Attention to detail, FOD control, and ESD awareness are essential.

We’re looking for:
  • Experience in Aerospace or other precision manufacturing environments.
  • A curious, problem‑solving mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
  • The ability to follow technical drawings and specifications, identify parts and finishes, and undertake self‑inspection and quality checks.
  • A proactive approach to process improvements.
