Qualifications

• Successful enhanced DBS check.
• Basic electrical knowledge including 12v/24v D.C. systems.
• Ability to use a mobile phone to relay photographs.

Responsibilities

• Delivering and collecting wheelchairs to and from service user's homes.
• Servicing and repairing wheelchairs in the field.
• Maintaining a professional customer service attitude.

Skills

Full UK driving licence

General workshop knowledge

Basic mechanical knowledge

Experience of face-to-face customer contact

Good written and verbal communication skills
